A gardener never tires of rain, seen as free irrigation that saves money, drinking water and time.

This morning will not save a lot of watering time since we're just talking about a drizzle.

The lack of sun, the mist and the moisture add a romantic air to the place!

07-07-2014 Tomato time!

For those dragon flies, it's never too hot!

This is the week when most of my larger tomatoes will start ripening, time to cook and can some Marinara sauce. So far, the garden has produced just enough to enjoy some great salads and do some sharing.
Now we're getting into the brunt of it...just as it gets hotter out there.
